In-person visits are available Monday through Friday by appointment. Free parking is available on-site.
Before booking
The free Meet and Greet confirms fit and current eligibility before enrollment. It is separate from medical care and is not for urgent concerns or diagnosis.
For established members
Use the secure patient portal for clinical messages, records and health information. Do not send personal medical information through the general email address. The public phone and email are for general questions and scheduling.
Medicare
Hilmy Health is not currently enrolling Medicare beneficiaries. Call or email the practice to join the notification list for future eligibility updates.
Emergencies
Hilmy Health is not an emergency service. Call 911 or go to the nearest emergency department for a medical emergency. Established members should follow the practice's instructions for urgent concerns that do not require emergency care.
