Primary care that looks at the whole picture.
Hilmy Health provides ongoing primary care for adults 18 and older, from prevention and everyday concerns to chronic and metabolic health. Care centers on a continuing relationship with board-certified internal medicine physician Dr. Mark Hilmy.
Care is available in Poulsbo and, for established members who reside in Washington, by telehealth when clinically appropriate.
Health concerns rarely exist in isolation.
Sleep, weight, medications, blood pressure and blood sugar can affect one another. Dr. Hilmy brings these concerns into one ongoing relationship, with the context to follow changes and coordinate care over time.

Preventive Care
Preventive visits, screening and immunization guidance, risk assessment and health planning based on age, history and individual needs.
Acute Concerns
Evaluation of common illnesses, symptoms and minor injuries, with treatment or guidance toward urgent, emergency or specialist care when appropriate.
Chronic Condition Management
Ongoing care for conditions such as high blood pressure, diabetes, cholesterol and thyroid concerns, with individualized monitoring and treatment.
Medication Management
Medication review, prescribing, refills and monitoring, including interactions, side effects and continued need.
Weight and Metabolic Health
Weight-related evaluation and treatment within primary care, including nutrition, activity, testing and medication consideration when clinically appropriate.
Care Coordination
Review of outside records and results, specialist referrals, imaging coordination and follow-through beyond the clinic.
In person when needed. Telehealth when appropriate.
Dr. Hilmy determines the appropriate format for each concern. Some needs require an in-person examination, testing or local referral.
In-person visits
Evaluation at the Poulsbo clinic when a hands-on examination is needed.
Phone and secure messaging
Appropriate, nonurgent communication for members.
Telehealth
Available to established members who reside in Washington when clinically appropriate.
Referral and escalation
Guidance toward urgent, emergency or specialized care when needed.
Same-day or next-business-day appointments are generally available but not guaranteed. Timing depends on clinical need and availability.

Weight and metabolic health belong in the same conversation.
Weight can affect blood pressure, blood sugar, sleep, mobility and long-term health. Hilmy Health addresses it within adult primary care, not as a separate program.
Care may include assessment, nutrition and activity guidance, testing, monitoring and medication when clinically appropriate. Follow-up is individualized.
Medications, labs, glucose monitors, DEXA scans and other outside services are billed separately.
A practical view of adult health over time.
Board-certified in internal medicine, Dr. Hilmy has cared for adults as a hospitalist since 2021. That experience informs early intervention, follow-up and coordination with specialists.
Primary care without a separate fee for each visit.
Primary care visits and follow-up are included without a per-visit fee. Appointments depend on clinical need and availability; phone and secure messaging are available when appropriate.
Selected routine labs and generic medications may be available at the practice's acquisition cost plus a small supply charge. They are billed separately; availability and pricing vary.
