Who We Are
Hilmy Health is dedicated to providing exceptional primary medical care focused on preventative health.
Our Vision
I began my medical practice in the acute care setting taking care of sick hospitalized patients. Along the way, it became increasingly obvious that many of the patients in the hospital likely could have avoided hospitalization if they had better access to primary medical care. Still more patients could have avoided hospitalization if they had been better able to manage or prevent chronic illness before it got out of control. This was the inspiration for Hilmy Health. We want to help you get healthy and stay healthy.
In addition to assessing and treating common medical complaints appropriate for the outpatient setting, we focus on helping our patients achieve and maintain their health goals.

Direct Primary Care
Direct Primary Care is a style of delivering medical care simply and directly. We do not bill insurance.
We believe that the current system of medical care in the United States is crippled by bureaucracy in a way that interrupts the relationship between a patient and their physician. People have no time with their doctor, doctors have no availability for their patients, and an inordinate level of unnecessary expense is added to the process without meaningful improvement in patients' lives. We want to change that.

As-needed Appoinments
We offer as-needed same-day or next day appointments.*
When you need to see your doctor, you can.
*As Dr. Hilmy transitions from in-patient medicine to an exclusively outpatient practice, some appointment times may be limited. This will be temporary.
Regular Assessments & Screening
We conduct thorough health check-ups to monitor your wellbeing and catch any issues early. This proactive approach aids in maintaining optimal health.
Telehealth Services
Not all issues require in-person visits. We offer text/email and video-chat communication platforms. We will get you the medical care you need using whatever platform is most effective and convenient.
Lab draws and medication dispensing
We offer in-office blood draws, and we dispense a number of common medications from our office pharmacy.
